Ginger and garlic infused into cultured sauerkraut.  Need I say more?  Just the thought of this makes my mouth water.

Ginger and Garlic Sauerkraut - great source of natural probiotics with the added benefit of immune boosting ingredients.

I was introduced to lacto-fermentation long before I understood what that really meant. Growing up in Russia, culturing vegetables was a common occurrence in most households as a way to preserve the harvest.   Today, I’m sharing this simple recipe at Simple Pure Beauty.  If you’re just starting out with ferments, this is an easy way to add more natural probiotics to your diet.
