  • Did you watch the Super Bowl? I admit it was a bit meh for us. Awful commercials (except the t-mobile ones - dad texting for the eggplant parmigiana was 😍), halftime show left me speechless, and the game was disappointing. But I admit, I mostly go for the food anyways. 😂 
But, if you felt much like me, here's a little treat to cheer you up. 3-Ingredient Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (paleo & vegan).
