pork tenderloin balsamic vinegar extra virgin olive oil Dijon mustard garlic powder fresh or dried thyme sea salt
Ingredients
Make sure the marinade consists of an acid like balsamic vinegar.
Marinate the pork for at least 15 minutes (if at room temperature) or up to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook the pork at high temperature but for the lowest amount of time possible. Air fryers are great at that!
Air fry the pork until internal temperature registers at 140F degrees with an instant read thermometer.
Pull the pork out of the oven immediately and rest for at least 10 minutes. The temperature will continue to rise using residual heat.
Resting the meat also allows the juices to redistribute back into the meat. If you cut the meat right away, the juices will run through.
