½cupParmigiano Reggiano cheeseoptional (if using for dip or spread)
Instructions
In a small bowl, add all ingredients minus the cheese.
If desiring a thicker dressing or using it as a dip or spread, add finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Mix until combined well and allow to rest in the refrigerator for approximately one hour. Enjoy tossed with romaine lettuce or as a dip or spread.
