Tuzluk – Yogurt Spicy Fusion

Tuzluk is a Middle Eastern condiment that is frequently used as a healthy drink. Can also be used as a dip to meat kebobs or as an addition to soup.

Servings 1 pint


  • 1 pint homemade yogurt*
  • 4-8 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/8 - 1/4 t <a href="" target="_blank">cayenne pepper</a>
  • 1 t <a href="" target="_blank">Celtic Sea Salt coarse</a>


  • Combine all ingredients in a pint-size jar. Shake to combine well. Enjoy with chicken, soup or as a drink. Keep in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.


*Homemade yogurt or airan is best for Tuzluk, however you may use 1 cup of buttermilk and 1 cup of store bought plain yogurt for this recipe.
