Rich in flavor and healthy fats, this easy 2-minute drink will become a regular daily treat. This drink can be made with herbal "coffee", and coconut cream to keep it paleo.
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients but coffee and whisk gently over medium-high heat.
Once thoroughly combined, gently pour in the coffee and whisk with a frother to create foamy texture.
Pour in a mug, top additional whipped cream if desired, and dust with cinnamon. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
To keep this latte low carb, use monkfruit. To make it paleo, use same amount of coconut sugar or maple syrup. To make it GAPS, use 1 tablespoon honey.
