Easy 2-Minute Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte (Low Carb, Paleo, GAPS)
Rich in flavor and healthy fats, this easy 2-minute drink will become a regular daily treat. This drink can be made with herbal "coffee", and coconut cream to keep it paleo.

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients but coffee and whisk gently over medium-high heat.
Once thoroughly combined, gently pour in the coffee and whisk with a frother to create foamy texture.
Pour in a mug, top additional whipped cream if desired, and dust with cinnamon. Enjoy immediately.
- To keep this latte low carb, use monkfruit. To make it paleo, use same amount of coconut sugar or maple syrup. To make it GAPS, use 1 tablespoon honey.
