  • In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients but coffee and whisk gently over medium-high heat. 
  • Once thoroughly combined, gently pour in the coffee and whisk with a frother to create foamy texture. 
  • Pour in a mug, top additional whipped cream if desired, and dust with cinnamon. Enjoy immediately. 

Notes

  • To keep this latte low carb, use monkfruit. To make it paleo, use same amount of coconut sugar or maple syrup. To make it GAPS, use 1 tablespoon honey.
