Ingredients

pound
green beans
washed and trimmed
2
tablespoon
avocado oil or olive oil
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
sea salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper

strips
bacon
cut into 1" pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss washed, trimmed and fully dried green beans with oil, salt and pepper, and garlic powder.
Roast for 8 minutes on middle rack.
Remove pan from oven and flip the green beans. Add the 1" cut bacon pieces all over the green beans and return to the oven for additional 13 minutes.
Broil for 1-2 minutes, constantly watching to make sure the green beans don't get charred.
Remove from pan and transfer to platter and enjoy immediately.
