Roast your bones. This will add incredible flavor and beautiful bold color.
Add a dry red wine to your broth. This will add more depth of flavor and the acid in the wine will pull minerals from bones.
For best flavor and maximum nutrition, use quality ingredients. That means grass-fed beef bones, organic veggies, and filtered water.
Don't let your broth boil over! Slow cooker is a great asset in making bone broth as you can set it to warm or low setting.
Cook bone broth for a longer cooking time (up to 24 hours!) to slowly and gently draw out those vitamins and minerals from the bones.
