Coconut Flour Brownies (Paleo, GAPS)
These Coconut Flour Brownies are made with only a handful of ingredients and sweetened with honey, these treats are Paleo, GAPS and totally dairy free.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9X9 pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut or avocado oil.
On medium-high speed, mix eggs with honey or maple syrup for approximately 4 minutes or until mixture is lighter in color and airy.
Add melted coconut oil and mix for another 30 seconds.
In a small bowl, whisk together coconut flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt together.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and hand stir until all flour has been combined. Add vanilla and give a quick stir again.
Pour into prepared pan. Top with nuts if desired and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting into it.
