1 tea bag green tea 1 tea bag peppermint tea 1 tea bag peach detox 2 cups boiling water 3 tablespoons lemon juice 4 tablespoons raw honey
Ingredients
Steep the teas. In a quart size jar, pour boiling water over the tea bags and allow to steep for a few minutes.
Flavor the teas. Remove the teas and add lemon juice and raw honey. Tip: to retain the live enzymes from honey, allow the tea to cool as the heat will destroy some of the beneficial fragile compounds.
Enjoy warm. Add a slice of fresh lemon and a sprig of mint and enjoy warm.
