1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin 4 tablespoons coconut sugar 4 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce 2 tablespoons ginger 1 tablespoon minced garlic 3 tablespoons avocado oil 12 ounces broccoli 1 green bell pepper 9 ounces mung bean sprouts 10 ounces ramen noodle ¼ cup hoisin sauce

Ingredients
Marinate pork. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, coconut sugar, chili garlic sauce, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Add thinly cut pork and toss with the marinade.Set aside to marinate.
Cook pork. In a large deep frying pan, heat some oil and add the marinated pork to brown. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan - you may need to do this in 2 batches.
Cook vegetables. In the same pan, add bell peppers and broccoli to pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium-high heat. Add mung bean sprouts and hoisin sauce and gently cook.
Finishing touches. Add the cooked pork back to pan and season with additional salt (or hoisin sauce) if needed. Cook ramen or rice per package instructions.
Serve over ramen noodles or rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. This is one of our favorite easy weeknight meals and will be yours too!
