    Lamb is probably the least popular protein but it shouldn't be.

    Did you know that sheep naturally graze on grass essentially making all lamb grass fed and finished? That's right, sheep ruminate on pastures and do not eat grains, making them an ideal protein source.

    Another bonus to having lamb as part of your regular diet is that it's considerably cheaper than grass fed beef. The flavor is a bit more game-y and it's naturally higher in healthy fats, so start slow and work your way up.
