    Thank you! <3

    Hey there!

Can I just share how flattered I am that you've invited me into your inbox?  I know how precious this space is and I promise to only bring you helpful, awesome and delicious stuff.  I wish I could invite you over for a cup of herbal tea and we could sit and chat about all things food.

But before we get too comfortable, let's make sure this internet friendship was meant to be.  I'd hate to take up space in your inbox if it's not the right fit.

6 Reasons why you'll FAIL at REAL FOOD and what to do about them!!

    So who am I?

I'm Anya, the blogger and recipe creator behind Prepare & Nourish.  I love food.  Clean, real food.

My cooking style is traditional foods (think soaked grains, organ meats, lotsa bone broth, and ferments gallore).  Always gluten free, simple and mostly organic.  None of my recipes call for ingredients using artificial flavors, colors, fats or sweeteners.  No high fructose corn syrup and no preservatives (well, except the unrefined sea salt because I do have an affinity to this preciousness).  See my 11 tips to Nourishing Foods here.

My food philosphy is 80/20 - Eighty percent I provide clean eats for my family so we all can enjoy the 20% of not-so-clean foods guilt-free.  That's the ratio that works best for us and I encourage you to find your own balance.  It's different for every family.

My blog's mission is to inspire you to create delicious and healthy food for yourself and your family.  Nourishing foods does not have to be boring, tasteless, or time consuming.  Most of my recipes are prefaced with easy and simple and my soups are majorly 30 minute meals. Food should be fun, easy, yet flavorful and it would be my honor to show you how to make it that way.

You can read more about me here.

Also, if you haven't done so already, I'd love to have you join me on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest where I share more practical ideas, meals, and other shenanigans.
