    Chicken is the golden standard of easy meals. It cooks quickly, incredibly versatile, and if prepared right, the flavor is on point.

    It's important to note that these recipes aren't just using chicken though. Turkey and chicken are often interchangeable so even though some of these recipes specify one poultry over the other, use it as a base for inspiration to experiment.

    For example, this popular Lazy Cabbage Rolls recipe calls for ground turkey, but ground chicken would work just as well. Likewise, you can just as easily swap turkey for chicken in this Keto Chicken Cabbage Casserole.
